Communication is the Human Power and Life Line of all of us personally as well as professionally.
This process involves sender and receiver and needs total involvement of both the parties. In case both the parties are not involved the communication process is incomplete. Hence process of communication is always Two-Way. Communication can be in various forms such as: –

- Listening

Lateral or Horizontal Communication :
Among colleagues, peers at same level for information level for information sharing for coordination, to save time.
